Maruti Technical Toughcells are engineered for protection and stabilization applications. They are often used to help improve the performance of standard construction materials and erosion- control treatments.

Maruti Technical Toughcell products are three-dimensional cellular confinement system. Maruti Technical Toughcell manufactured from high-density polyethylene (HDPE) material. When expanded during installation, the interconnected strips form three-dimensional cellular structure which can be filled with sand, soil or other site material, providing strength and stabilization from roadways to steep embankments.

This creates a free-draining system that holds infill materials in place and prevents mass movements by providing confinement through tensile reinforcement. Cellular confinement systems improve the structural and functional behavior of soils and aggregate infill materials. Base stabilization with the Maruti Technical Toughcell system is especially effective in soft-soil areas.
