Shuttering Rubber Sheet / Form Liner

Shuttering Rubber Sheets / Form Liners from Maruti Techno Rubber Pvt. Ltd. are high-quality, flexible rubber materials for concrete formwork. They create smooth, textured, or decorative surfaces while ensuring easy concrete release without damage. Made from durable, high-strength rubber, these sheets offer excellent flexibility, wear resistance, and chemical stability, making them ideal for architectural concrete, precast panels, and custom molds.

Category:
  • Surface Aesthetics: Gives a patterned or textured finish to visible concrete elements (bridges, pillars, retaining walls, etc.).
  • Architectural Functionality: Mimics stone, wood, or geometric textures, eliminating the need for cladding or post-treatment.
  • Reusable Formwork: Elastomeric nature allows multiple uses, reducing long-term costs and formwork labor.
  • Concrete Protection: The sheet provides a non-stick surface and prevents surface defects like honeycombing.
  • Durable & Flexible: High-quality rubber conforms to various molds for smooth concrete finishes.
  • Easy Release: Simplifies concrete removal, reducing surface damage and boosting productivity.
  • Customizable: Available in multiple textures and patterns for decorative or architectural finishes.
  • Long-Lasting: Resistant to wear, chemicals, and weathering.
  • Cost-Effective: Reusable, reducing material costs and improving formwork efficiency.
  • Versatile: Suitable for horizontal and vertical formwork.
  • Environmentally Resistant: Withstands chemicals, oils, and greases.
  • Aesthetic Finish: Delivers smooth, high-quality surfaces for architectural projects.
  • Precast Concrete: For panels, beams, and structures with smooth, appealing surfaces.
  • Architectural Concrete: For decorative walls, fencing, and landscaping features.
  • Custom Molds: Creates unique textures, patterns, or logos for artistic and architectural designs.
  • Retaining Walls & Foundations: Ensures consistent, professional finishes in structural elements.
  • Roads & Pavements: Produces smooth, non-slip surfaces for walkways, driveways, and streets.
  • Water Structures: Durable, smooth finishes for reservoirs and water treatment plants.
  • Marine & Tunnel Projects: Provides waterproof, smooth surfaces in subterranean and marine environments.
  • Joint Alignment: Ensures form liner sheets meet evenly at horizontal joints to avoid visible irregularities.
  • Attachment Methods:
    • Epoxy + Screws (on steel forms)
    • Adhesive bonding (on wooden or curved forms)
  • Preparation Steps: Surface grinding to roughen and clean the form and the rubber sheet for effective bonding.
  • Sealing: Sheets must be tightly sealed to avoid grout leakage behind the liner, which would distort the final texture.
  • Horizontal joints of shuttering sheet should be kept in level and line at the same elevation
  • Rustication or reveal strip are recommended at shuttering sheet joints that do not mix with the pattern
  • Shuttering sheet should be properly tight through screwed in the concrete
  • Unbacked liner may be adhered to steel forms with epoxy adhesive
  • Both shuttering rubber sheet must be cleaned with thinner and roughening the surface of both by grinder then apply adhesive and give external pressure the shuttering by means of rolling or hammering
