Re-injectable Grouting Tube

The Re-injectable Grouting Tube from Maruti Techno Rubber Pvt. Ltd. is an efficient solution for waterproofing and leak repair in concrete structures. Made of flexible PVC-Nitrile rubber with sponge strips reinforced by nylon braiding, it is installed in joints to seal cracks and voids, preventing future leakage. Its re-injectable design allows for the use of cement-based grouts, epoxy, or polyurethane, providing a durable, adaptable waterproofing solution and enabling future maintenance if needed.

Category:
  1. Construction Material
    • Solid PVC-Nitrile (TPR) core – flexible, chemical- and pressure-resistant.
    • Sponge sealing strips, often reinforced with nylon braiding.
  2. Core Design
    • Central injection channel with staggered lateral ports for even distribution.
    • Sponge strips act as valves, compressing to allow injection and resealing for watertightness.
  • Future-Proof Waterproofing: Re-injectable design enables easy maintenance even after construction.
  • Versatile Grouting: Compatible with cement, epoxy, and polyurethane for project-specific needs.
  • Effective Leak Sealing: Ensures precise injection for a tight seal around cracks and joints.
  • Cost-Effective: Minimizes long-term maintenance without demolition or replacement.
  • Durable: Made from high-quality, weather-resistant materials.
  • Easy Installation: Embedded in concrete during construction without special tools.
  • Environmentally Safe: Non-toxic, safe for potable water systems.
  • Flexible: Accommodates minor concrete movements from thermal or settling shifts.
  • PVC / TPR Inner Core – Handles internal pressure during injection, prevents collapse
  • Sponge Sealing Strip – Expands to seal and prevents leaks; allows reinjection by compressing
  • Nylon Braiding – Structural integrity and reinforcement
  • Discharge Ports (5φ @ 180°) – Ensures even material spread across the joint
  • Vent Ends / Nipple – Allows injection access and air escape
  • Shrink-on Sleeves – Prevent vent-end leakage and fouling
  • Concrete surface where reinjectable hoses are to be installed are to be clean, dry, smooth and free from dirt
  • The grouting tube must be located as close as possible to the centre line of the wall or slab, with only the vent end crossing the grouting tube.
  • Initial injection pressure should be approximately 70-160 psi. Once the injection material has filled the joint area and is to 550-650 psi, maintain this pressure for 3-5 minutes, allowing for the injection material to thoroughly penetrate the weak area.
  • Piston type pumps shall be used with hydrophilic resin injections.
  • Basement Waterproofing: Prevents water ingress and allows future crack grouting.
  • Tunnels & Underground Structures: Protects against leakage in tunnels, subways, and utilities.
  • Sewer & Wastewater Systems: Seals joints in sewage lines and treatment plants.
  • Dams & Reservoirs: Maintains water-retaining integrity and allows easy crack repair.
  • Industrial Buildings: Provides long-term waterproofing for sensitive areas.
  • Water Treatment Plants: Seals joints under high water pressure and chemical exposure.
