About Project
The Rishikesh-Karnaprayag Rail Link Project is a landmark railway infrastructure initiative in Uttarakhand, designed to enhance connectivity across the Himalayan region and provide seamless rail access toward the sacred Char Dham corridor.
Package 6, located in the Srinagar Garhwal region, involves complex tunnel construction works under challenging mountainous terrain conditions.
Scope: Construction of railway tunnels and associated RCC structures
Milestone Achievement: Successful breakthrough of the escape tunnel in coordination with RVNL
Challenges
