Maruti Geogrid is a high-performance PVC-coated polyester geogrid reinforcement system engineered to enhance the structural stability and load-bearing capacity of soils and granular materials in demanding civil engineering and infrastructure projects. Designed for long-term performance, it combines high tensile strength, low elongation characteristics, and excellent soil interaction properties, making it an effective solution for ground stabilization, soil reinforcement, and load distribution.
Manufactured using high-tenacity polyester (PET) yarns, the geogrid is woven into a stable grid structure and subsequently coated with Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC). This protective coating enhances the geogrid’s resistance to mechanical damage, ultraviolet radiation, chemical exposure, biological degradation, and environmental weathering, ensuring consistent performance even in harsh field conditions. The result is a durable and dimensionally stable reinforcement material capable of delivering long-term structural integrity with a design service life ranging from 75 to 120 years.
